We left last night, Monday May 8th after an unexpected delay. When I hooked up our trailer, I found out that our lights weren't working. We then had to make an emergency trip to Dan's house. It only took Dan a few minutes to solve the problem and we were off (Thanks again Dan). We then drove straight through the night so Nathan could sleep. In all we drove 17 hours straight. We went through Virginia, W. Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, and we are now stopped in Colombia Mossouri (That looks wrong doesn't it?) for the day.
Michele found a great park and we all had a little picnic. We're now at our hotel which AAA rated a 3 out of 4 stars. Let me just say I'd hate to see 2 stars. Anyway, we're all laying down to catch up on some sleep. Tomorrow we should make it to Wyoming. Hopefully I'll get a signal there too. Thanks again for all of your prayers.
Peace,
Harold

Ok I am connected and tracking you guys! Gabriel and I pray for you guys on the way to school. So know that between 9:15 and about 9:45 in the morning you are totally covered :) What's little Nate-Nate's take on the trip so far? Has he spot and other "woof woofs"? I just saw the weather report a little while ago and it looks like you went through some rough weather. However, it looks like sunnier skies are just ahead. :)
Lots of love and even more prayers!
You're in our prayers all the time. I'm glad you are on your way, lights and all. How are Cooper and Lucy doing so far? We love you guys. Sorry we couldn't see you on Sunday. We were really bummed.
But, we look forward to talking to you soon.
Love, The Dorns
Hey, I know 3 really cute guys in WY! Glad to hear the travels are going well. Is Nathan hating his car seat yet? I'm a bit lonesome here, but getting some serious organizing done around the house. I love you guys and miss you already. I saw an Outback today and momentarily thought maybe I'd run into you at the store, then realized that won't happen anymore. : ( Enjoy the wild, wild west!
Laura : )
